Forgotten Password

We understand that some of you who usually place your orders on the phone may have forgotten your password. If that is the case follow the steps below to request a new password. 


Step 1

Click the Login/Register link in the top right of the Home page



Step 2

You will be taken to the Login page where you should click the Forgotten Password? button



Step 3

Add the emaill address that you used to register and click the Request Reset button.



What happens if my email address is not recognised?

If the email address you supply is not recognised, you will be asked to try again.

If you have forgotten the email address that you used, please email office@farmacy.co.uk to ask for the email address associated with your account. Please note you may be asked some security questions before the email address will be given to you.

Once you have that email address you will be able to follow the steps above.


What happens when the email address is recognised

If your email address is recoginsed you will be sent an email with a reset link.

If you don't receive this by return, please check your junk/spam folders before repeating the reset steps above.
