7. Our contract
When you place an order to purchase a product from Farmacy.co.uk, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order. The email confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your order details. An automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet your order.
8. Pricing and availability
Despite our best efforts, a small number of the thousands of products in our catalogue are mispriced. Rest assured, however, that we verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures. If a product's correct price is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower amount and send you the product. If a product's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatch or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. All prices are stated in £pounds sterling. In the rare case a product is ordered and is found later to be out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible and cancel your order.

Farmacy.co.uk does not sell products for purchase by children.
