Product Description

Indicated for use in cows at drying off for treatment of subclinical mastitis caused by bovine mastitis microorganisms susceptible to the combination of active substances, penicillin and neomycin, and as part of strategy for the prevention of new infections occurring during the dry period.

Dosage & Administration

Single intramammary administration.

100 mg of neomycin sulphate, 100 mg of Penethamate Hydriodide and 400 mg of Procaine Benzylpenicillin into each quarter.

  • The contents of one syringe should be infused into each quarter via the teat canal immediately after the final milking of a lactation.  
  • Before instillation, the udder should be milked out completely.
  • The teat and its orifice should be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected with a cleaning towel.
  • Care should be taken to avoid contamination of the injector nozzle.
  • Gently insert the content of one syringe into each quarter.
  • Disperse the product by gentle massage of the teat and udder.
  • The syringe must only be used once.

Withdrawals

Meat and Offal:  28 days.

Milk:  96 hours post calving in cows with a dry period of more than 50 days. 50 days plus 96 hours after treatment from cows with a dry period of 50 days or less.

  1. We are unable to ship to Northern Ireland. Any orders placed online will be cancelled and refunded.
  2. Orders are typically dispatched the day after they are received. For example, orders placed on Monday, will be dispatched on Tuesday. Orders received on Friday will not be dispatched until Monday subject to stock availability.
  3. Orders placed on a Thursday or Friday that have refrigerated items included will be dispatched on Sunday for delivery before 12pm on the following Monday to ensure that the items are delivered to you under controlled conditions. 
  4. We do not offer a Saturday or Sunday delivery service.
  5. Standard and Priority costs apply to the UK mainland only. Highlands and Islands and Isle of Wight may incur an excess to cover additional carriage costs as governed by your postcode. Full details can be found by clicking the link below.

  7. Priority Delivery (refrigerated products) guarantees delivery by 12pm.

Faulty Goods Returns

In the unlikely event that you receive faulty or damaged goods please call 01306 628215 within 72 hours of receipt of your goods. Please have your order reference to hand. You will be asked to provide evidence of the damaged goods if damaged in transit.
