Delivery Update

2nd March 2018

We would like to apologise to those of you that were attmepting to use the site to order this morning. It was unavailable due to a power outage in the South West. we hope that this issue is totally resolved now, but we are at the mercy of the elements!

A few orders have been dispatched today, but some are taking a little longer than usual to be delivered. If you have ordered vaccines and they have been delayed, rest assured that our packaging will maintain the temperature range for 72 hours.

Sadly we had to close the office this afternoon and calls are once again being diverted to 1 line, so please bear with us if you are having trouble getting through.

We hope that you are all keeping warm and safe and apologise again for any inconvenience caused.

1st March 2018

Due to the current extreme weather conditions, we are unable to dispatch any more orders this week. If conditions improve next week, we will have a backlog of orders to get out but will do our best to ensure that we get any outstanding orders dispatched as soon as we possibly can.

We have a small team in the office currently, but they will only be available until 2pm. We are working on having the phone lines transferred after 2pm, but if we are able to do this, there will only in effect be one line available, so please bear with us.

We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

If you are urgent for any medicines, we would suggest that you contact your vet practice to see if they are able to help you out.

Please check the site for further updates and please accept our apologies for this unavoidable situation.
