Delivery Services

Farmacy orders are delivered using our fulfilment company’s own fleet of vans, who provide a reliable and complete UK service, with the added benefit of a 2 hour delivery slot. We know where the parcel is from the moment it leaves our warehouse to the moment it arrives on your farm.

Please note: We can only dispatch goods to treat UK registered animals.

There is a small excess of £7.50 on the above charges for dispatch to Scottish Highlands and Islands and Isle of Wight and Isle of Man.

Please note: 

  1. We are no longer able to ship to Northern Ireland due to extra administrative costs since January 2021. Any orders placed online will be cancelled and refunded. 
  2. We do not offer a Saturday or Sunday delivery service.
  3. Delivery costs apply to the UK mainland only. Highlands and Islands may incur an excess to cover additional carriage costs - this is dependent on your postcode. See below.
  4. We are unable to dispatch refrigerated products to Highlands and Islands addresses - this is dependent on your postcode. See below.

Delivery Service

  • Orders are picked and packed during the day, then checked for quality and accuracy before dispatch. Delivery is made within 2 working days.
  • Any refrigerated items are packed using the highly innovative Woolcool® system which harnesses the natural thermal properties of sheep’s wool, together with Hydropack distilled water ice packs. These materials have been specially selected and thoroughly tested to ensure they are fit for purpose and keep products within the correct temperature range for at least 72 hours.

Please note that if your order contains a refrigerated item then you will automatically be charged the Refrigerated rate.

Inlcuded postcodes: IM1-9 - £7.50 excess
