Farmacy service changes January 2024
From 15th January 2024 the Farmacy office in West Sussex will be closing and the logistical functions will be moving to a different but dedicated office. The operations are being restructured, but your medicine order and supply will not be affected, and you can expect the same level of service from our reliable courier service.
In these times of rising costs, we are making these changes to keep our service as cost effective and efficient as possible, so please note the changes below from Monday 15th January:- There will be a minimum order value of £100 net (excluding VAT and delivery charge)
- There will no longer be a telephone ordering service. All orders will need to be placed via the website. (Click this link for more information about resetting your password if you have cannot remember it)
- Our Customer Service lines will be open Monday - Friday, between 11am - 2pm. Outside of those hours you will be able to leave a message for call backs.
- The Reward Points programme is closing, so please make sure you redeem any points on your account by 31st January 2024.
- There will be no option to collect medicines.
- The following delivery charges will be applied to all orders.
Non-refrigerated orders: £12.00 plus VAT
Refrigerated orders: £25.00 plus VAT
