Milk Quality Roadshow 2012
Westpoint Veterinary Group are running a series of ‘Milk 4 Life’, Milk Quality Roadshows from 3rd to 7th December at 5 venues around the UK.
The roadshows are open to all farmers and their staff and will provide an opportunity to see some real on-farm examples of how mastitis can be managed, minimised and prevented and offers a chance to find out about new developments in this area.
The roadshows have been developed to give you
- An understanding of environmental mastitis and its impact in fresh cows
- An understanding of how internal teat seals can help you reduce environmental mastitis
- An understanding of the benefits that mastitis vaccines could offer your farm
- Expert advice on parlour routine and monitoring as part of a milk quality programme
- Information and how to get involved in Westpoint's new Milk4Life project
