What is What3words?

What3words is a smart location system that divides the world into 3 m x 3 m squares and assigns each one a unique combination of three words. You can identify an exact location using just three simple words — making deliveries faster and more accurate.

How will What3words help?

To improve the accuracy of our medicine deliveries to you, we now require you to provide a ‘safe place’ What3words location. This location must comply with the following criteria:

• Main building (i.e. farm building kitchen etc)
• An outbuilding but it must be at the same address as the original delivery address and must be enclosed i.e. cannot just be a car port open to elements or a member of the public walking into it.

If these conditions cannot be met it cannot be delivered. 

Safe places will be assessed by the driver.

Your refrigerated medicines will be left in an insulated Woolcool package to ensure their integrity.

How to use What3words for your delivery

• Find your three words
  Download the free What3words app or visit the website. Stand at the exact delivery point (porch, shed etc.) and note the three words shown or identify your safe place location on the map.
• Provide the location
  Enter the three-word address when placing your order in the What3words field.
