New online POM-VPS questionnaire
In order for us to supply POM-VPS medicines to Farmacy customers who are not clients of The Westpoint Veterinary Group, we are required to obtain certain information from you under the Animal Medicine Regulation, as stipulated by the Veterinary Medicine Directorate. This allows us to fulfil the prescription and to ensure that the products supplied are the most appropriate to meet your needs.
In the past our vet would have phoned you to run through the questionnaire. The call may have come at a time which may not have been convenient to you, and at the worst if we could not contact you, could have delayed your order. In order to improve our service to you, we have now included the questionnaire as part of the checkout process.
It is a simple questionnaire but you will be required to complete your Flock/Herd/CPH number where relevant so it is important to have this to hand when placing an order. Please note that you will not be able to complete the checkout process without completing the questionnaire which will take you no more than a minute at the most to complete.
Step 1 – Select the species being treated and click the Continue button at the bottom left
Step 2 – Answer the list of questions that appear and click Continue to Shopping Basket button at the bottom left
Step 3 – If your order contains medicines for more than 1 species you will be required to complete a further questionnaire. If not you will be taken to the next checkout step
The orders that we have received so far this year with the online questionnaire completed have been processed far more quickly, and we think that you too will notice the improvement over the coming year.
