Dairy-Tech 2021
The Royal Association of British Dairy Farmers (RABDF) is taking Dairy-Tech online for 2021, hosting a series of virtual events over a fortnight from 3rd to 17th February.
Dairy-Tech Online will feature some of the popular attractions of the live event. These include the Innovation and Dairy Hub, foot trimming demonstration as well a series of online workshops, webinars, conferences, new product briefings and debates, and on the final day the NMR/RABDF Gold Cup – the 100th year presentation.
VetPartners are one of the event sponsors and will be providing expertise for the foot trimming demos and a workshop on antimicrobial resistance.
5th February 10.30 – Identifying TB Risk on Farm and Protecting Your Business from the Impact of a Breakdown. Presented by Sarah Tomlinson, BVM&S MRCVS from TB Advisory Service
5th February 14.00 Making Antimicrobial Benchmarking Work for You. Presented by Dr Tim Potter, BVetMed PhD MRCVS
12th February 10.30 Foot trimming and lameness demonstrations. With experienced cattle lameness vets James Dixon BVetMed Cert CHP MRCVS, and Tom Wright from vetPartners and Phil Jones, a category 1 NACFT registered, ROMS accredited foot trimmer from Westpoint Farm Vets.
