G9 Surface Disinfectant Cleaner unique formula protects your animal environments whilst ensuring safety to staff and animals when used as directed.
G9 Surface Disinfectant Cleaner is extremely economical in use and dilutes at 1:100 for complete protection.
G9 Surface Disinfectant Cleaner is tested to the latest recommended ECHA European VETERINARY Test Standards by Independent Accredited Test Laboratories against:
- DEFRA – General Orders
- Spores: EN13704 – Bacillus subtilis, Clostridium difficile.
- Mycobacteria: EN14204 – Mycobacterium terrae, Mycobacterium avium.
- Virus: EN14675 – Bovine Enterovirus Type 1 ECBO Virus ATCC VR248, Modified Vaccina virus (includes Coronavirus), Canine parvovirus, Feline calicivirus.
- Virus: EN14476 – Adenovirus 5, Murine norovirus.
- Fungi EN14348 Aspegillus brasiliensis.
- Fungi: EN1657 – Aspergillus brasiliensis, Microsporum canis,Trichophyton mentagrophytes
- Yeast: EN16438 – Candida albicans.
- Yeast: EN1657 – Candida albicans.
- Bacteria: EN14349 – Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureas, Enterococcus hirae, Proteus vulgaris.

G9 Surface Disinfectant Cleaner can be used on most surfaces, is safe to use, economical and effective.
G9 Surface Disinfectant Cleaner does not require rinsing after use and can be allowed to dry.
G9 Surface Disinfectant DOES NOT contain PHMB (possible carcinogen).

Please note there is a small excess of £7.50 for dispatch to Highlands and Islands and Isle of Wight and £12 to Guernsey and Jersey as governed by your postcode.
- We are unable to ship to Northern Ireland. Any orders placed online will be cancelled and refunded.
- Orders are typically dispatched the day after they are received. For example, orders placed on Monday, will be dispatched on Tuesday. Orders received on Friday will not be dispatched until Monday subject to stock availability.
- Orders placed on a Thursday or Friday that have refrigerated items included will be dispatched on Sunday for delivery before 12pm on the following Monday to ensure that the items are delivered to you under controlled conditions.
- We do not offer a Saturday or Sunday delivery service.

Faulty Goods Returns
In the unlikely event that you receive faulty or damaged goods please call 01306 628215 within 72 hours of receipt of your goods. Please have your order reference to hand. You will be asked to provide evidence of the damaged goods if damaged in transit.
