Dosage & Administration

Dosing guidance and recommended doses:

• To ensure a correct dosage, body weight should be determined as accurately as possible to avoid underdosing.
• The intake of medicated water depends on the physiological and clinical condition of the animals. In order to obtain the correct dosage, the concentration of the lincomycin has to be adjusted accordingly.
• The uptake of water should be monitored frequently.
• The medicated water should be the only source of drinking water for the animals for the entire duration of the treatment period.
• After the end of the medication period, the water supply system should be cleaned appropriately to avoid intake of sub-therapeutic amounts of the active substance.

Dosage:

• Pigs: Enzootic pneumonia: 10 mg lincomycin per kg of body weight (corresponding to 25 mg product per kg bodyweight) for 21 consecutive days.
• Chickens: Necrotic enteritis:  5 mg of lincomycin per kg body weight (corresponding to 12.5 mg product per kg body weight) for 7 consecutive days.

• Meat and offal: 1 day.

Chickens

• Meat and offal:5 days
• Not authorised for use in laying birds producing eggs for human consumption.

Delivery to United Kingdom only

Please note there is a small excess of £7.50 for dispatch to Highlands and Islands and Isle of Wight and £12 to Guernsey and Jersey as governed by your postcode.

1. We are unable to ship to Northern Ireland. Any orders placed online will be cancelled and refunded.
2. Orders are typically dispatched the day after they are received. For example, orders placed on Monday, will be dispatched on Tuesday. Orders received on Friday will not be dispatched until Monday subject to stock availability.
3. Orders placed on a Thursday or Friday that have refrigerated items included will be dispatched on Sunday for delivery before 12pm on the following Monday to ensure that the items are delivered to you under controlled conditions. 
4. We do not offer a Saturday or Sunday delivery service.
5. Standard and Priority costs apply to the UK mainland only. Highlands and Islands and Isle of Wight may incur an excess to cover additional carriage costs as governed by your postcode. Full details can be found by clicking the link below.
6. Standard Delivery (non-refrigerated products) guarantees delivery by 6pm
7. Priority Delivery (refrigerated products) guarantees delivery by 12pm.

Faulty Goods Returns

In the unlikely event that you receive faulty or damaged goods please call 01306 628215 within 72 hours of receipt of your goods. Please have your order reference to hand. You will be asked to provide evidence of the damaged goods if damaged in transit.
