Product Description
The Trusti Pasteur Pro is supplied as a complete colostrum-handling system – not just for the automated pasteurisation and cooling of fresh colostrum, and fast thawing of frozen colostrum – it also includes equipment for feeding the calf directly from the bag. Two options are included: a standard teat and cap attachment to the bag, and a Trusti Tuber and cap attachment.
The Pasteur Pro unit can be easily connected to a mains water supply, or can be filled manually.
Choose from 7 different programs for heating, cooling, thawing and warming. For example, one program heats colostrum to 60?C for 60 minutes to achieve pasteurisation and then cools it down to 39 degrees C for feeding to the calf. Another program will cool it further for storage.
The Pasteur Pro also includes a quick-thaw program where frozen colostrum is quickly thawed in optimum temperature water in the highly insulative unit. Thawing a frozen 4-litre Trusti bag of colostrum will then take just 20 minutes in preheated water (2-litre bag even faster).
The Trusti Pasteur Pro system includes:
- A lidded water-bath unit with accurate in-built thermometers
- 3 x 4ltr and 3 x 2ltr Trusti Colostrum Bags
- Metal support frame to ensure good flow of water around the bags
- Trusti Tuber mouthpiece, tube and cap
- Water drainage tube and quick connector
- Marker pen for recording dam’s details and dates onto colostrum bags
- Cleaning brush to allow thorough cleaning of the colostrum bags which are re-usable
- A teat and cap
- Quick Setup guide.
- Wifi connection available to allow helpful software updates.

Please note there is a small excess of £7.50 for dispatch to Highlands and Islands and Isle of Wight and £12 to Guernsey and Jersey as governed by your postcode.
- We are unable to ship to Northern Ireland. Any orders placed online will be cancelled and refunded.
- Orders are typically dispatched the day after they are received. For example, orders placed on Monday, will be dispatched on Tuesday. Orders received on Friday will not be dispatched until Monday subject to stock availability.
- Orders placed on a Thursday or Friday that have refrigerated items included will be dispatched on Sunday for delivery before 12pm on the following Monday to ensure that the items are delivered to you under controlled conditions.
- We do not offer a Saturday or Sunday delivery service.

Faulty Goods Returns
In the unlikely event that you receive faulty or damaged goods please call 01306 628215 within 72 hours of receipt of your goods. Please have your order reference to hand. You will be asked to provide evidence of the damaged goods if damaged in transit.
Restricted Goods Returns
We are unable to offer refunds on the following products.
